Effective Date: 4/9/2026
Website: https://www.elevatelearning.online/

Welcome to Elevate Learning. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, tutoring services, online learning resources, consultation forms, registration forms, and related services. By using our website or registering for tutoring services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Elevate Learning provides academic tutoring and educational support in subjects including, but not limited to, math, physics, standardized test preparation, and related academic skill development. Services may be offered in person, online, individually, in groups, or through future asynchronous learning options.

Tutoring services are designed to support student learning, confidence, study habits, and academic progress. However, Elevate Learning does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, admissions outcomes, or academic results.

2. Eligibility and Parental Consent

Students under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services. By registering a minor student, the parent or guardian confirms that they have the legal authority to enroll the student and accept these Terms on the student’s behalf.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate student information, including grade level, academic needs, scheduling availability, and any relevant learning considerations.

3. Registration and Consultation

Users may submit consultation or registration forms through the website. Submission of a form does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or immediate scheduling. Elevate Learning reserves the right to determine whether services are appropriate based on subject area, student needs, tutor availability, and scheduling compatibility.

A free or initial consultation, if offered, is intended to understand the student’s academic needs and recommend a suitable tutoring plan.

4. Payments and Pricing

Tutoring fees, packages, and payment options are listed on the website or communicated directly to parents, guardians, or adult students. Prices may vary based on service type, tutoring format, package selection, subject level, or session length.

Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule before or at the time services are provided unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Elevate Learning reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect previously purchased packages unless otherwise stated.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance. Students and parents are expected to attend sessions on time and be prepared with necessary materials, assignments, textbooks, calculators, notes, or online access.

To cancel or reschedule a session, notice must be provided at least [insert required notice, e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled session.

Sessions canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled based on tutor availability. Sessions canceled late or missed without notice may be charged in full.

Repeated cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in suspension or termination of tutoring services.

6. Late Arrival Policy

If a student arrives late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee may still apply. If the tutor is late, the missed time will be made up, credited, or otherwise adjusted at Elevate Learning’s discretion.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for unused tutoring sessions or packages are handled according to the refund policy communicated at the time of purchase or posted on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, completed tutoring sessions are non-refundable. Refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to administrative costs, package terms, or prior discounts.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: [insert email address].

8. Online Tutoring

Online tutoring may be conducted through platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or other approved tools. Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, working audio/video when needed, and access to required digital materials.

Elevate Learning is not responsible for technical problems caused by the student’s device, internet connection, software settings, or third-party platforms.

Students are expected to participate respectfully and remain focused during online sessions.

9. Recording Policy

Tutoring sessions may not be recorded by students, parents, guardians, or tutors without prior written consent from all relevant parties.

If Elevate Learning uses session recordings for instructional, quality, or training purposes, permission will be requested in advance. Recordings involving minors will require parent or guardian consent.

Elevate Learning reserves the right to end a session or discontinue services if inappropriate conduct occurs.

11. Academic Integrity

Elevate Learning supports ethical learning. Tutors may explain concepts, guide problem-solving, review drafts, and help students prepare for assessments. However, tutors will not complete homework, exams, quizzes, projects, or assignments on behalf of students.

Students remain responsible for submitting their own original work and following the academic honesty policies of their schools, colleges, or testing organizations.
